Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive data-driven marketing insights and strategic initiatives in the Philippines. You will design measurement strategies, define KPI frameworks, and deliver dashboards that enable senior management to act on market data.

The role requires at least 5 years of analytics experience, with preference for telco KPI knowledge and strong business partnering skills to influence strategic decisions across marketing and operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in analytics, driving marketing performance in a dynamic business environment.
Knowledge of telco KPIs is an advantage.
Business partnering and the ability to influence strategic decisions with marketing insights.
Ability to manage complexity by balancing commercial, operational and people considerations.

Responsibilities

Create a strategic measurement strategy against lead and lag metrics.
Define and track KPIs to assess cross-segment campaign effectiveness across channels.
Provide data visualization and reporting for stakeholders.
Define reporting requirements and maintain dashboards for team use.
Collaborate in defining the right business questions answerable by data and insights.
Create audience data for insights or campaign targeting use.
Deliver analytical models or manage models through capability channels.
Foster a collaborative environment for a team of analysts and marketing analytics professionals.
