Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and campaign management tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working with reports, dashboards, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Track marketing budgets, campaign expenditures, and related costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Analyze campaign and market data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to increase campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
• Support the measurement and reporting of campaign ROI and overall marketing success.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, customer engagement, and other key marketing metrics.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor, industry, and market research to identify emerging trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate the development, management, and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate marketing databases, CRM records, and campaign documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the broader marketing team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve marketing efficiency.
