The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with analytics tools, and the ability to create dashboards and insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign coordination, analytics, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data handling, reporting and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track marketing budgets, campaign spend, and related expenses to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Analyse campaign and market data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Support measurement of campaign ROI and overall marketing performance.
• Lead planning and delivery of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, engagement, and other key metrics.
• Develop dashboards, reports and presentations highlighting findings and insights.
• Initiate competitor, market and industry research for trends and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing content across channels.
• Maintain accurate marketing databases, CRM systems, and campaign records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery.
