Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Manager (M&E / Engineering) to lead marketing and business development for the company’s M&E capabilities and projects in the construction sector. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, monitor trends, and support tender activities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or related field.
• Experience in construction, engineering, M&E or built environment is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

As a Marketing Manager (M&E / Engineering), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to promote the Company’s M&E capabilities, projects and services.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and target market segments within the construction and M&E industry.

• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and other industry stakeholders.

• Support tender and proposal activities, including company profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials.

• Manage corporate branding, marketing communications, events, networking activities and client engagement initiatives.

• Maintain updated databases of clients, contacts, projects and market opportunities.

• Develop corporate materials, project case studies and content highlighting the Company’s achievements, capabilities and expertise.

• Provide market insights and recommendations to management to support business and strategic decisions.

• Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to support business development initiatives.

• Support management in strategic projects and other assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or a related field.

• Relevant experience in the construction, engineering, M&E or built environment industry is an advantage.
