Job summary

PERSOL in the Philippines seeks a senior marketing and business analytics lead to drive growth with data‑driven strategies. You will conduct market and performance analyses, identify opportunities and craft sales and marketing plans for senior management review.

Leverage CRM insights, manage stakeholders and ROI tracking, and translate analytics into actionable initiatives that improve revenue and P&L outcomes. 7–10 years in integrated marketing or commercial strategy is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of integrated marketing, business development, CRM or commercial strategy roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong background in business analytics and data-driven marketing, with analytics platform proficiency.
• Experience managing P&L performance, ROI tracking and business case development.
• Hands-on experience in CRM strategy, customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project, vendor and agency management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and business writing skills.
