TraxionTech Inc is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Department, translate priorities into actionable plans, and drive growth. The role blends strategic judgment with execution, requiring the ability to learn offerings quickly and manage a lean team.
You will own campaign planning, lead generation, brand oversight, and analytics, coordinating with Sales and Product to optimize the funnel.
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and highly accountable Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Department and translate company priorities into clear, measurable, and executable marketing plans. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution, lead generation, brand and creative direction, team performance, marketing operations, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires both strategic judgment and strong execution leadership: setting direction, assigning clear ownership, monitoring progress, removing blockers, and ensuring that marketing activities support business growth. The successful candidate does not need to know every company product or service on Day 1, but must be able to learn unfamiliar offerings quickly, understand different customer segments, simplify complex information, and turn business priorities into practical marketing actions. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a lean team, manage multiple priorities, think commercially, and continuously improve the department through better systems, data, and AI-enabled workflows.
Lead the overall marketing strategy and ensure marketing priorities are aligned with company goals, growth objectives, and management direction.
Translate business, executive, Sales, and operational priorities into annual, quarterly, monthly, and campaign-level marketing plans.
Define campaign objectives, target audiences, positioning, value propositions, messaging, channels, KPIs, and expected business outcomes before execution begins.
Prioritize marketing initiatives based on business impact, available budget, team capacity, urgency, and expected return.
Identify market opportunities and recommend where the company should test, scale, improve, reposition, or pause marketing efforts.
Own campaign planning and execution from research and strategy through creative development, launch, monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
Develop lead-generation and customer-acquisition initiatives across appropriate channels such as paid media, organic content, email, events, partnerships, outbound support, landing pages, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaigns for different customer segments and audiences, adapting messaging, channels, creative direction, and offers based on the needs of each market.
Coordinate with Sales, customer-facing teams, and other relevant functions to ensure Marketing-generated leads are properly contacted, qualified, followed up, endorsed, and measured through the funnel.
Analyze lead quality, conversion gaps, customer objections, and funnel drop-offs; recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, offers, follow-up, and handoff processes.
Ensure every major campaign has clear ownership, deadlines, required assets, approval points, and measurable success criteria.
Lead and manage a lean Marketing team that may include Marketing Associates, Multimedia Artists, Telemarketers, interns, freelancers, and external suppliers.
Run regular marketing planning and status meetings; assign clear owners, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
Delegate execution while maintaining accountability for department-level outcomes and ensuring the team can operate without constant executive follow-up.
Coach team members on campaign logic, marketing fundamentals, communication, quality control, ownership, and efficient execution.
Monitor team performance and KPIs; provide timely feedback, conduct evaluations, support onboarding and development, and address recurring performance or professionalism issues when necessary.
Maintain business continuity through proper turnover, documentation, file ownership, workload planning, and backup arrangements.
Oversee brand consistency and ensure marketing outputs are appropriate for the intended audience, channel, and business objective.
Review and approve campaign concepts, copy, creative briefs, social media materials, paid-ad creatives, product/service materials, event collaterals, presentations, and executive-facing content.
Guide the creative team on visual hierarchy, messaging clarity, calls to action, tone, accuracy, platform requirements, and overall quality.
Ensure complex or technical information is translated into clear, credible, and customer-friendly communication without sacrificing accuracy.
Maintain appropriate standards for consumer-facing, institutional, partner-facing, and executive-level materials.
Build and maintain practical SOPs, trackers, dashboards, workflows, approval processes, campaign calendars, and documentation that keep the department organized and accountable.
Ensure tasks and meeting commitments have one clear owner, deadline, current status, and next action.
Maintain clear sources of truth for commitments, project status, campaign plans, and marketing ideas rather than relying on verbal follow-ups or individual memory.
Establish escalation rules so routine decisions are resolved within the team while budget, executive, client-facing, or high-risk issues are elevated promptly.
Continuously improve workflows to reduce unnecessary follow-ups, delays, repeated errors, and dependence on one person.
Define and monitor campaign and department KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality, response and contact rates, conversion, acquisition, engagement, and other relevant business metrics.
Use data to evaluate whether campaigns are working and recommend optimizations based on performance and business outcomes rather than vanity metrics alone.
Maintain visibility over marketing budgets, recurring tools or subscriptions, and campaign spending; recommend efficient allocation of resources.
Prepare concise weekly and monthly updates, management reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership.
Communicate clearly what is working, what is not, why performance changed, what decisions are needed, and what the team will do next.
Work closely with Sales, Product/Operations, Business Development, Finance, executives, and external partners to align messaging, launch requirements, timelines, and customer handoffs.
Act as the primary Marketing point person for campaign-related requirements, priorities, approvals, and coordination.
Protect Marketing capacity by clarifying scope, sequencing requests based on business priority, and setting realistic deadlines rather than treating every request as equally urgent.
Represent Marketing confidently in management meetings, client or partner discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions when required.
Lead the department toward an AI-enabled operating model that improves speed, research quality, content production, analysis, documentation, and productivity.
Identify repetitive or time-consuming tasks that can be improved through AI, templates, automation, or better systems.
Encourage responsible use of AI for research, ideation, copy development, competitor analysis, content repurposing, reporting, transcription, and workflow support.
Ensure all AI-assisted work is manually reviewed for accuracy, brand fit, confidentiality, and quality before use.
Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, resourcefulness, and measurable improvement.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, growth marketing, brand management, or a related field; strong candidates with slightly less experience but clear ownership and leadership capability may be considered.
At least 1-2 years of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a marketing team or cross-functional campaign team is preferred.
Demonstrated experience planning and executing campaigns end-to-end, not only social media posting or creative production.
Strong understanding of lead generation, customer funnels, segmentation, positioning, content, paid and organic channels, and conversion-oriented marketing.
Comfortable interpreting campaign data and making recommendations using KPIs and business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work confidently with executives, clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple simultaneous campaigns and priorities.
Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, B2B, financial services, or another complex-product environment is an advantage but is not required.
Working knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, project-management platforms, Canva, digital advertising platforms, CRM or lead trackers, and AI tools is preferred.
A strategic thinker who can still operate hands-on and drive execution.
A leader with strong ownership who does not wait to be reminded about obvious next steps.
A commercially minded marketer who understands that Marketing must support awareness, lead generation, conversion, retention, and business growth.
A proactive problem-solver who identifies risks early, proposes solutions, and escalates only when appropriate.
A confident communicator who can challenge ideas professionally, make recommendations, and work effectively with senior management.
A coachable, low-ego leader who gives and receives feedback well and holds the team to clear standards.
An organized manager who creates systems that allow the department to operate consistently even when leadership is unavailable.
An AI-curious and adaptable professional who actively looks for ways to make work faster, smarter, and more scalable without compromising quality.
A fast learner who can quickly understand unfamiliar products, services, audiences, and industries and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent professional experience with a strong track record in campaign strategy, lead generation, team leadership, and marketing execution may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Project Management, Analytics, AI-enabled marketing, or related disciplines are a plus.
Clear marketing priorities and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
Improved lead quality, funnel visibility, and conversion support across active marketing initiatives.
Campaigns delivered on time with fewer missed requirements, late escalations, or repeated quality issues.
A team that operates with clear ownership, proactive communication, reliable tracking, and less dependence on executive follow-up.
Consistent executive reporting with actionable insights, not only activity updates.
Measurable improvement in marketing productivity through better systems, templates, AI, and automation.
Successful onboarding into the company’s products, services, audiences, and internal workflows, with increasing independence over the first 60-90 days.
