INSPI Philippine in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with campaign execution and brand consistency. You will assist with content preparation, social media, and data reporting, under supervision of a Marketing Manager or Specialist.

Provides operational, administrative, and creative support to the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and brand consistency. Reporting directly to a Marketing Manager or Specialist, this role handles daily promotional tasks, content preparation, platform updates, and performance tracking across digital and traditional channels.
Drafting & Scheduling Copy: Writing clear, engaging content for social media channels, blog teasers, marketing emails, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
Basic Visual Asset Creation: Using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) to resize images, create social graphics, design email banners, and produce simple promotional collateral.
Channel Maintenance: Scheduling daily/weekly social media posts via management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and monitoring active channels to engage with comments and audience inquiries.
Event Coordination: Planning and managing logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and promotional events (e.g., booking venues, sending invitations, ordering signage, and managing attendee registration lists).
Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Communicating with external partners, print suppliers, freelance designers, and merchandise vendors to request quotes, deliver specifications, and track order fulfillment.
Collateral & Inventory Management: Maintaining stocks of marketing merchandise, brochures, and promotional giveaways, ensuring materials are distributed efficiently to sales teams or event booths.
Performance Metrics Collection: Gathering campaign data from Google Analytics 4, social media dashboards, and email tools to compile weekly or monthly performance reports.
Market & Competitor Tracking: Conducting research on industry trends, audience demographics, and competitor marketing tactics to help inform future strategy.
Marketing Calendar Ownership: Maintaining campaign schedules, content calendars, and project management boards (Asana, Trello, Notion) to keep deliverables on track.
Digital Asset Management (DAM): Organizing photo libraries, brand logos, video files, and campaign collateral in cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox) for easy internal team access.
Departmental Support: Assisting the Marketing Manager with team scheduling, invoice processing, meeting agendas, and cross-departmental coordination with Sales and Customer Service.
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or administrative support roles.
Internship or entry-level exposure to digital campaigns, social media management, or content creation.
A portfolio or work samples demonstrating copywriting, design, or social media skills.
Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Hands-on experience managing business accounts on major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and scheduling software (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Familiarity with Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and Content Management Systems (WordPress, Squarespace).
Solid grasp of productivity suites (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), especially spreadsheet formatting (Excel/Sheets).
