Sports Town, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Officer with a strong eye for design to create visual assets for campaigns, in-store displays, packaging, and social media. You will collaborate across marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure cohesive visuals and a consistent brand identity.

You will produce digital content, support launches and seasonal campaigns, and prepare print-ready files for printers, while staying current with design and retail trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio across print and digital design.
• Experience with retail marketing and customer engagement trends.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, in-store displays, packaging, signage, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and retail operations teams to create cohesive visual communications.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Create digital content such as website banners, email marketing templates, social media graphics, and ads.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special events with creative visual concepts.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers or production teams as needed.
• Keep up to date with trends in design, retail, and digital marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Skill Requirements

• Familiarity with retail marketing and customer engagement trends.
• Experience with photography or product styling.

Qualifications
