The Marketing Head is a senior leadership position responsible for designing and driving the company’s marketing vision, strategy, and execution. This role leads the marketing function, manages resources, and collaborates across departments to build brand equity, generate pipeline, and deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, build, and execute long-term marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, and integrated multi-channel campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and scale the marketing team across content, digital, and product marketing functions.
- Set clear goals, define workflows, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
Budget Oversight
- Plan and allocate marketing resources effectively; manage department spending and track expenditures.
- Continuously measure and maximize return on investment (ROI) across all marketing channels and initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance; deliver actionable insights and results reports to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales and product development teams to align marketing with product launches, pricing models, and revenue pipeline goals.
- Ensure consistent messaging and unified go-to-market strategies across all customer touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- 1 years in marketing; 1 year in leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Expert in SEO/SEM, social media, paid ads, analytics, and budget management.
- Strong strategic, communication, and presentation capabilities.
