About the role

EHM Realty & Development Corp. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing and communications efforts across the organisation. This is a full-time position based in Lipa City, Batangas, where you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence in the real estate and development sector. As Marketing Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing communications, brand management, and promotional activities. This role is pivotal in shaping how EHM Realty & Development Corp. is perceived in the marketplace and plays a crucial part in supporting the company's growth and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition

2. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, brochures, and promotional collateral

3. Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints

4. Lead and coordinate marketing teams, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management

5. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns

6. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximise return on investment

7. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation, and online advertising

8. Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior management to align marketing activities with business goals

9. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making

10. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and contractors as required

What we’re looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership or senior marketing roles, preferably within the real estate, property development, or related industries

3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth and market share

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems

5. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly

7. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset

9. Budget management experience and financial acumen

10. Familiarity with project management and marketing automation tools

11. Knowledge of the Philippine real estate market and consumer behaviour is highly desirable
