Job summary

Golden Home Realty Development Incorporated seeks a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for real estate projects and our corporate brand.

You will develop digital and traditional campaigns, manage social media and content, coordinate with Sales, and optimize ROI across channels while ensuring a consistent brand identity.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3–5 years in real estate marketing, strong leadership and analytics, and willingness to be based in Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies
• Manage social media, website content, digital advertising, and other marketing channels
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, events, property launches, and other marketing activities
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to support lead generation and business objectives
• Oversee marketing materials, content, branding, and promotional collaterals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, conversion, and marketing ROI
• Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, agencies, and external partners
• Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for management
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms and materials

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, real estate, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property development
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation
• Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and marketing analytics
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with digital marketing tools
• Knowledge of Philippine real estate marketing is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
