This full-time role focuses on expanding market presence, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth within real estate and development. You will oversee from lead generation to closing, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience in real estate or related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
