Role purpose

The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day marketing support to the business’ Australian marketing team, coordinating campaigns, content and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule marketing content across digital channels — website, email/EDM, and social media
• Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from content writing to graphic design
• Maintain the marketing calendar and track campaign timelines, deliverables and approvals
• Manage and update the CRM and marketing automation platforms (Constant Contact, Magento, Klaviyo)
• Create, schedule and monitor social media content; support community management and engagement
• Support SEO and AEO activity with content creation and publishing
• Maintain the marketing asset library and ensure brand guideline compliance across materials
• Assist with trade show, event and sponsorship coordination, including logistics and collateral
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including budget tracking and invoicing coordination
