Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Admin – Creative & Content to support the development and execution of digital, social media, email, and print marketing materials.

You will work from a creative brief and independently drive the creative and production process to completion. The role covers content across social platforms, emails, blogs, and physical collateral, ensuring outputs are on-brand, professional, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Coordinate and produce short-form video content and reels.
• Edit reels and video content for publication across channels.
• Design and format email campaigns and newsletters with clear presentation.
• Create artwork for flyers, brochures, in-store signage, and other materials.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Admin – Creative & Content to support the development and execution of digital, social media, email, and print marketing materials. This role is suited to someone who combines strong creative skills with excellent organisation and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable receiving a standard creative brief outlining the direction, objectives, key messaging, and available brand assets, and then independently taking ownership of the creative and production process through to completion.

The role will support the creation of engaging content across social media, email marketing, blogs, and physical marketing collateral, ensuring all outputs are professional, on-brand, and delivered within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Content

• Develop creative concepts and content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Conceptualise, coordinate, and produce short-form video content and social media reels.
• Provide shoot direction and assist with planning and organising content required for video production.
• Edit and finalise reels and other short-form video content for social media publication.
• Create engaging static social media posts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Adapt creative assets and messaging appropriately across different social media channels.
• Ensure all digital content is visually engaging, accurate, and consistent with the brand.

Email & Content Marketing

• Design and format email marketing and EDM campaigns, ensuring professional layouts and clear presentation.
• Develop and edit copy for email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and other digital marketing materials.
• Translate campaign objectives and key messages into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
• Ensure email and content assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Support the preparation and coordination of digital marketing content and campaign assets.

Print & Physical Marketing Materials

• Create and prepare artwork for flyers, brochures, in-store signage, event collateral, promotional materials, and other physical marketing assets.
• Adapt digital creative concepts for print and physical applications as required.
• Ensure artwork is correctly formatted and production-ready.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, imagery, and messaging across digital and physical materials.

Creative Brief & Production Management

• Review and interpret creative briefs, understanding the required objectives, messaging, audience, and brand direction.
• Independently determine the most appropriate creative approach, format, layout, and production requirements.
• Take ownership of projects from initial brief through to completed, ready-to-use output.
• Use sound creative judgement to develop solutions rather than relying on step-by-step instructions.
• Coordinate multiple creative requests and prioritise deliverables according to deadlines and business requirements.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make appropriate revisions to final assets.
• Maintain organised files, creative assets, and project materials for easy access and future use.
