Job summary

Trainovate Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to help shape strategies, identify opportunities, and support client outreach.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Trainovate’s training programs and services, monitor market trends, and report on progress toward revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Assist in creating business plans, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist in planning and promoting Trainovate’s training programs, events, and services.
• Track marketing and business development activities and prepare reports and updates.
• Work closely with Aby and the team to achieve business development and revenue targets.
