Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying marketing automation campaigns, preferably using HubSpot.
• Experience with email marketing and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Experience building automated workflows, segmentation, lists, suppressions, and personalization rules.
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing and campaign QA.
• Knowledge of marketing database management, data hygiene, deduplication, and imports.
• Understanding of email deliverability, bounce rates, spam signals, and domain reputation.
• Ability to use AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns according to deadlines.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot per the campaign calendar.
• Use AI and automation to replace manual sends with dynamic, personalized content.
• Build smart forms with progressive profiling and conditional logic, with automated follow-ups.
• Identify manual processes to automate and improve efficiency.
• Set up A/B and multivariate tests with clear logic and automated reporting.
• Build and maintain lists, suppressions, exclusions, and segmentation rules.
• Automate data hygiene, deduplication, and imports for a clean marketing DB.
• Report on campaign performance across delivery, engagement, and conversion using AI.
• Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, spam signals, and domain reputation; take action.
• Document campaign builds, workflows, and processes for maintainability.
