Job summary

MicroSourcing is recruiting a Marketing Automation Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will design and optimize automated customer journeys in HubSpot, configure behavioral triggers, manage segmentation, and maintain lead scoring and routing workflows.

The role requires strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to drive engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing automated marketing journeys in HubSpot.
• Experience with behavioral triggers, workflow automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience maintaining lead scoring models and automated lead routing processes.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, conversion funnels and marketing automation principles.
• Experience analyzing journey performance with conversion, engagement and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated, multi-branch customer journeys in HubSpot across lifecycle.
• Configure behavioral triggers using data signals such as pages viewed and engagement.
• Build and maintain self-updating audience segments by lifecycle stage and behavior.
• Maintain lead scoring models and automated routing rules to Sales with context.
• Set up and run automated journey tests and measure impact.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify drop-offs and automation opportunities.
• Report on journey performance including conversion and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handover and engagement.
