We are seeking a Marketing Associate Manager to support and lead marketing operations, team coordination, and campaign delivery across our Gatewalk destination. You will manage the marketing team, oversee end-to-end execution of on-ground, digital, and promotional initiatives, align with brand standards, and drive footfall, engagement, and tenant success. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will guide the team, coordinate across departments, and ensure every activation reflects the destination’s vibrant, welcoming identity.
Lead, schedule, and mentor the marketing team — including events, digital, and admin staff — set clear goals, delegate tasks, and drive accountability
Plan weekly/monthly work schedules, track deliverables, and ensure all campaigns launch on time and within budget
Conduct team briefings, performance check-ins, and skill‑building sessions; foster collaboration and creative excellence
Coordinate cross‑departmentally with operations, leasing, security, and tenant relations to align marketing plans with mall priorities
Support the design and full execution of marketing plans — seasonal campaigns, thematic events, sales promotions, community activations, and brand‑building initiatives
Manage end‑to‑end event production: budgeting, vendor coordination, venue setup, on‑site supervision, and post‑event review
Drive digital marketing — social media, content creation, email communications, and online engagement aligned with brand guidelines
Build partnerships with tenants, media, sponsors, and community groups to amplify reach and revenue opportunities
Ensure all marketing materials, activations, and communications uphold consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards
Review and approve tenant promotional activities to ensure alignment with mall guidelines
Maintain marketing archives, asset libraries, and documentation — organized and accessible
Track and report on campaign performance — footfall, engagement, social metrics, and ROI — to guide future strategies
Assist in preparing annual marketing budgets; monitor spending and ensure cost efficiency across all initiatives
Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and updates for leadership
Serve as liaison between the center and corporate marketing teams; cascade guidelines and share local insights
Support peak periods, holiday activations, and special projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
4–5 years progressive experience in marketing, events, or brand management — within mall, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle destination environments
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity leading marketing or events teams
Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms, event production, and cross‑stakeholder campaigns
Familiarity with 360‑degree marketing — on‑ground, digital, PR, and community engagement
Based locally or willing to relocate immediately; flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Team leadership, scheduling, and performance management
