You will help ensure seamless delivery of initiatives aligned with brand standards, business goals, and tenant engagement objectives to maximize property vitality and retailer success. The role requires strong coordination across marketing operations, events, partnerships, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with 360 marketing internship exposure accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

About the Role

The Marketing Associate supports the implementation and execution of both corporate-led and localized marketing programs for a premier shopping center.

This role ensures the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand standards, business goals, and customer engagement objectives to maximize property vitality and tenant success.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations: Assist in the day-to-day execution of mall marketing operations, including advertising, promotions, PR, events, activations, digital marketing, and market research.
• Foot Traffic & Engagement: Support the development and execution of targeted campaigns designed to attract and retain mall-goers, increase foot traffic, and extend dwell time.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships: Drive brand collaborations, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives to boost market awareness and revenue generation.
• Merchant & Event Coordination: Coordinate merchant-led activities, trade exhibitions, and thematic events, ensuring all executions align strictly with property brand standards.
• Community Relations: Provide hands‑on marketing support to retail merchants while facilitating local community relations and strategic engagement initiatives.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on event performance, market insights, merchant activities, and partnership outcomes to inform future strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Accepting fresh graduates with 360 marketing internship exposure.)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, creative agencies, retail, or commercial property management.
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational abilities to handle multi‑faceted marketing programs simultaneously, paired with strategic, commercial‑minded creativity.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP or enterprise ERP systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a results‑oriented, highly collaborative approach.
