Job summary

Ayala Malls Cloverleaf in Manila is seeking a Mall Marketing Senior Associate to support the implementation and execution of corporate-led and localized marketing programs. The role ensures delivery of initiatives aligned with brand standards, business goals, and customer engagement.

You will manage daily mall marketing operations, coordinate campaigns, drive partnerships, assist merchants, and report on event performance and market insights, contributing to increased foot traffic and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of marketing, advertising, retail, or property management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Creative and strategic thinking focused on commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day mall marketing operations including advertising, promotions, PR, events, activations, digital marketing, and market research.
• Support development and implementation of campaigns to attract foot traffic and dwell time.
• Drive brand collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate merchant-led activities and events, ensuring brand standards.
• Provide marketing support to merchants and local partnerships.
• Prepare regular reports on event performance, market insights, and partnerships.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by leadership.

We are looking for a Mall Marketing Senior Associate to support the implementation and execution of both corporate-led and localized marketing programs at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf. The role ensures the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with Ayala Malls' brand standards, business goals, and customer engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day execution of mall marketing operations, including advertising, promotions, PR, events, activations, digital marketing, and market research.
• Support the development and implementation of campaigns to attract and retain target mall-goers, increase foot traffic, and enhance dwell time.
• Drive brand collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives to increase awareness and revenue.
• Coordinate and monitor merchant-led activities, exhibitions, and thematic events, ensuring alignment with mall brand standards.
• Provide marketing support to merchants and facilitate community relations, local partnerships, and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on event performance, market insights, merchant activities, and community and partnership initiatives.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by mall or head office leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, creative agencies, retail, or property management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
• Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on achieving commercial goals
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a results-oriented mindset
