Job summary

Atlas Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to support our growing roofing and cold storage operations. The role focuses on building our brand, generating leads, supporting the sales team, and shaping the company marketing strategy.

You'll collaborate with management and sales to gain exposure to digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, market research, and customer behavior. Fresh grads are welcome; hands-on learning is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Previous marketing, content creation, social media, or sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Creative and willing to learn new marketing tools and platforms
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Comfortable taking photos and creating videos on-site when needed
• Proficient in or willing to learn Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
• Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and business development
• Organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Willing to learn and do hands-on work across different areas of marketing
• Analytical mindset and interest in understanding what actually generates results

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Create social media posts, graphics, photos, videos, and other marketing materials
• Visit our factory, projects, and customer sites to capture photos and videos for marketing content
• Assist in managing digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns
• Support the development and improvement of the company website and online presence
• Prepare brochures, presentations, product materials, case studies, FAQs, and other sales-support materials
• Work closely with the Sales Team to develop materials and campaigns that help generate and convert leads
• Research competitors, customers, industries, and market opportunities
• Monitor marketing campaigns and track leads, inquiries, and results
• Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
• Help identify new marketing channels, customer segments, and business opportunities
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, leads, campaigns, and customer information
• Assist management in analyzing marketing performance and recommending improvements

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Associate to support our growing operations in the roofing and cold storage industry.

This is not a purely social media or content creation role. The selected candidate will play an important part in building our brand, generating leads, supporting the sales team, and helping develop the company's marketing strategy.

You will work closely with the management and sales teams and gain direct exposure to digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, market research, customer behavior, and sales. This role is designed for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable being hands-on, and interested in understanding how marketing directly contributes to business growth.

You do not need extensive marketing experience. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with strong potential are welcome to apply. What matters most is your willingness to learn, take initiative, and try different things.

As we expand into a leading roofing solutions company, this position offers valuable hands-on experience across both marketing and business development, with potential progression into senior marketing, business development, or management roles.

This role reports to our office close to Plaridel Bypass in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
