About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team at Coalesce Sales Incorporated. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support sales, and expand our presence among architects, developers, and homeowners. This is afull‑timemid‑level Marketing Manager position based inParañaque City, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Lead the Marketing and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Assist in developing content for social media, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing ideas and initiatives

Qualifications
