Job summary

G-Foxx International Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a dynamic Marketing Events Specialist to drive brand events, trainings, and promotions across the calendar year.

You will coordinate online and offline activities and collaborate with distributors and partners to help achieve monthly sales targets. The role requires a degree in marketing or related field, hands-on event management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• With relevant marketing work experience; event management/coordination is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong Canva knowledge; Photoshop or other creative tools is a plus.
• Creative and resourceful, with ideas for campaigns, events, and promo materials.
• Comfortable with social media content creation, including videos.
• Outgoing, confident, proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting presentations and team briefings.

Responsibilities

• Handle tasks from pre-event planning, implementation, to post-mortem review including budgeting, supplier management, script drafting, logistics, and manpower management.
• Assist in internal research and analysis to support marketing strategies and objectives.
• Help prepare and generate marketing reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to track performance.

8. Outgoing, confident, and proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

I. BRAND STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

Event Management & Integration

• Facilitate and organize online and offline company-wide and/or product-specific marketing events, training sessions and promotions throughout the calendar year;
• Proactively innovate on the creation of new company-wide and/or product-specific marketing events and promotional activities to achieve company monthly sales targets;
• Handle assigned tasks and activities from pre-event planning, implementation of actual event plans, troubleshooting to post-mortem review of said events; which include but are not limited to: event budgeting, supplier management, drafting of program flow and script, logistical support, manpower management.

Marketing Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Assist in conducting internal research and analysis to provide insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies and team objectives.
• Help prepare and generate marketing reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual system-generated reports, to track company performance and other marketing-related metrics as needed.

Business Development Support

• Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of marketing programs designed to attract new clients, strengthen partnerships, and expand market presence.

II. MEMBER AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS

• Effectively serve as the point person of the company's distributors/members for any issues that they may have concerning events, and company promotions/activities.
• Manage and strengthen the company's relationship with its distributors/members by fostering positive connections with them;
• Objectively investigate on any complaints raised by a member/customer that pertain to possible violations committed by a member;
• Assist in system update requests within one's system access and approval authority;
• Assist in coordination for member travel incentives.
