Job summary

Concept Specialist Incorporated is seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant in Metro Manila. You will support Brand Managers, organize projects, and conduct market research using analytics tools to drive campaigns and improve market presence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, plus at least 1 year of marketing experience and proficiency with Photoshop, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and digital tools (CRM, GA, Ads).
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient in MS Office and online applications.
• Organized, creative, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• Support Brand Managers in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
• Write marketing literature (brochure, press releases etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
