Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing Department with document reviews, reports, and client communications.

The role involves handling loan applications, coordinating with Account Officers and Marketing Assistants, conducting tele-marketing, preparing daily transactional reports, and assisting consultants in campaigns while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• With degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or related course.
• At least six months related work experience in marketing or customer service.
• Good communication, marketing and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, assertive, creative and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Strong convincing power and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to details and accuracy.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents before endorsing to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant.
• Monitors the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant.
• Conducts tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assists and supports the Loan Consultants/Agents in their marketing efforts/campaigns.
• Responsible in tagging name of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System.
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Conducts Basic Orientation to new Loan Consultants.
• Requests renewal commission for Loan Consultants with released accounts.
• Handles customer/client inquiries through telephone, e-mail or walk-in.
• Performs other functions and duties as assigned.
