Asialink Finance Corporation in Benguet seeks a marketing and loan operations supervisor to oversee the work section and drive performance. You will set standards, assign tasks, evaluate progress and mentor staff.

The position emphasizes training, recruitment support and strategic marketing activities, with formal reports to the Head Office and active customer engagement to renew loan clients.

Qualificações

• With degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or related course.
• At least two years of marketing experience, one year in supervisory capacity.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and knowledge of market trends.
• Strong communication, problem solving, presentation and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the work section and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
• Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives.
• Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates.
• Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews progress of subordinates.
• Provides direction and guidance; coaches and motivates staff.
• Conducts job orientation and technical trainings; identifies training needs.
• Develops marketing concepts, promotional opportunities and reports to Head Office.
• Prepares monthly reports on loans, accounts and branch incentives.
