Qualifications

• With degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or related course.
• At least two years of marketing experience, one year in supervisory capacity.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and knowledge of market trends.
• Strong communication, problem solving, presentation and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work section and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
• Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives.
• Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates.
• Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews progress of subordinates.
• Provides direction and guidance; coaches and motivates staff.
• Conducts job orientation and technical trainings; identifies training needs.
• Develops marketing concepts, promotional opportunities and reports to Head Office.
• Prepares monthly reports on loans, accounts and branch incentives.
