Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and document completeness before endorsing.
• Monitor status of loan applications and documents endorsed to relevant offices.
• Conduct tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assist Loan Consultants/Agents in marketing campaigns and efforts.
• Tag names of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System.
• Prepare Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Provide basic orientation to new Loan Consultants.
