Responsibilities

• Conducts tele-marketing to renew loans.
• Assists Loan Consultants in marketing campaigns.
• Tags names of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System.
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Conducts Basic Orientation to new Loan Consultants.
• Requests renewal commission for Loan Consultants.
• Handles inquiries via telephone, e-mail, or walk-in.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
