Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for the execution, activation, and management of all tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. This role works closely with the broader Engagement Planning team to ensure execution aligns with approved tactical plans, while partnering with the Buying Services Department (BSD) at Compas to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Primary Accountabilities
- Demonstrate introductory knowledge of how media influences and engages audiences.
- Develop competency in CMI planning tools, including:
- Assist in developing tactical plans for:
- Display
- Custom Digital Programs
- Email
- Print
- Point of Care (POC)
- Conferences
- Partner with Compas BSD on contract execution for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
- Assist in creating production grids and gathering creative specifications for agencies.
- Meet with supplier partners to stay current on existing and emerging media technologies.
- Support brand‑specific planning and execution activities.
