Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Media Campaign Coordinator to execute and manage tactical media plans in collaboration with the Engagement Strategy team. The role works from home with support from the BSD for contract execution and media operations.

You will develop plans for various channels (Display, Email, Print, and more) and liaise with suppliers to stay ahead of media technologies while ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Qualifications

College graduate with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Adept at compiling, analyzing, and communicating data; organized and detail oriented.
Able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage tactical media plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team.
Develop tactical plans for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
Collaborate with Compas BSD on contract execution for media activities.
Create production grids and gather specs for creative agencies.
Meet with supplier-partners to stay current on media technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The Media Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the execution, activation, and management of all tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. This position works closely with the broader Engagement Planning team to ensure that execution aligns with approved tactical plan, as well as the Buying Services Department (BSD) at Compas to ensure flawless execution.

Primary Accountabilities

Introductory knowledge of how media influences and engages audiences.
Developing competency in all CMI planning tools, including Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals.
Assist in the development tactical plans for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
Partner will Compas BSD on all contract execution for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
Assist in the creation production grids and gather specs for creative agencies.
Meet with supplier-partners to stay current on existing/emerging media technologies.
Brand specific level work.

SUCCESS FACTORS

Ensure media performance delivers to brand goals and benchmarks.
Delivers execution excellence across all media efforts for assigned brand.
