Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Associate Media Buyer to help execute and manage tactical media plans from a home-based setup in the Philippines. You will work with the Engagement Strategy team and BSD to ensure accurate campaign execution across multiple channels.

You will develop proficiency with planning tools, assist in developing plans for display, email, print, and other media, and collaborate with supplier partners to stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Media Buyer is responsible for executing, activating, and managing all tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. This role works closely with the broader Engagement Planning team to ensure execution aligns with approved tactical plans while partnering with the Buying Services Department (BSD) at Compas to ensure seamless and accurate campaign execution.

• Apply introductory knowledge of how media influences and engages target audiences.
• Develop proficiency in CMI planning tools, including Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals.
• Assist in the development and execution of tactical plans across:
  • Display Advertising
  • Custom Digital Programs
  • Email Marketing
  • Print Media
  • Point of Care (POC)
  • Conferences
• Partner with the Compas Buying Services Department (BSD) to execute contracts for all assigned media channels.
• Assist in creating production grids and gathering creative specifications for agency partners.
• Meet with supplier partners to stay informed on existing and emerging media technologies.
• Support brand-specific engagement planning and execution activities.
