Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute tactical plans and manage activations in a remote, full-time role based in Metro Manila. The role partners with the Engagement Strategy team and Compas BSD to ensure flawless campaign execution and timely production.

The successful candidate will support Display, Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conference initiatives, while developing media planning competencies and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to support day-to-day operations while aligning execution with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute, activate, and manage tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Planning team to ensure plans align with approved tactics.
• Partner with Compas BSD for contract execution across Display, Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Develop production grids and gather creative specifications for agencies.
• Meet with supplier partners to stay current on media technologies.
• Support brand-specific planning and execution activities.
• Demonstrate competency in planning tools such as Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals.
