Job summary

BRight Co., Ltd. is seeking a part-time contract contributor in Makati to manage and optimize marketing tools including Kartra, email automations, funnels, and landing pages. You will assist with course launches, webinars, and process documentation while supporting backend magazine operations and vendor coordination.

You will also handle customer support tickets for course access, create simple brand graphics, and ensure all links and copy are rigorously tested before approval.

Responsibilities

• Manage and clean up email automations, broadcasts, tags, landing pages, and course backends in Kartra.
• Support course launches and webinars by duplicating existing marketing funnels, updating dates/links, and managing email follow-ups.
• Document repeating processes and maintain written standard operating procedures in a systems library.
• Set up, run, and monitor Meta ad campaigns using provided strategy and creative direction.
• Manage backend operations for a photography magazine, including tracking submission spreadsheets and coordinating with print vendors.
• Handle routine, template-based customer support requests regarding course access, logins, and missing emails.
• Create simple graphics from brand assets, reformat documents, and maintain organized files in Google Drive.
• Double-check and test all links, automations, and copy before final approval.

Job description

This position is a part-time contract starting at 10 hours per week, with potential to scale to 15 to 20 hours per week.

• You will manage and clean up email automations, broadcasts, tags, landing pages, and course backends primarily in Kartra.
• You will support course launches and webinars by duplicating existing marketing funnels, updating dates and links, and managing email follow-ups.
• You will document repeating processes and continuously update written standard operating procedures to maintain an organized systems library.
• You will set up, run, and monitor Meta ad campaigns using provided strategy and creative direction.
• You will manage backend operations for a photography magazine, including tracking submission spreadsheets, coordinating with print vendors and sponsors, and reformatting issues in Canva.
• You will handle routine, template-based customer support requests regarding course access, logins, and missing emails.
• You will create simple graphics from existing brand assets, reformat documents, and maintain organized files in Google Drive.
• You will carefully double-check and test all links, automations, and copy independently before submitting work for final approval.
