Job summary

MGallery Hotel Collection in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Communications & Public Relations leader to oversee the marcom and marketing team, shaping media coverage, campaigns and partnerships.

You will maintain relations with local and international media, develop PR programs aligned with sales and F&B strategies, and act as spokesperson when needed to support the hotel’s reputation and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relations or 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Detail oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow‑through.
• Ability to work well in stressful and high‑pressure situations.
• A team player, builder, motivator and self‑starter.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of the marcom and marketing team in key areas such as media coverage, collateral and publications, special events/promotions, community relations and advertising.
• Maintain good working relationships with local and international media.
• Establish PR & Communications programs that will benefit and support sales and F&B strategies and initiatives.
• Serve as hotel spokesperson when appointed by Management to make official statements for the hotel to media, especially during crisis situations.
• Develop business and leisure travel promotions: release to press and/or target audience.
• Assist the department in developing and producing sales support materials for the hotel (newsletter, brochures, mailers, promotion materials, in-room information, guides, etc.).
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management.
