Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for the hotel or restaurant, ensuring consistent brand voice. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to increase follower growth and engagement.
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies, promotions, and special events to boost sales.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, including photoshoots, videos, and collateral, for food, beverage, and accommodation offers.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity, identify market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and respond to online feedback, reviews, and inquiries to improve customer satisfaction and reputation.
- Track social media metrics and prepare campaign reports, ensuring budget compliance and ROI tracking.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
- Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with a creative, detail-oriented mindset.
