Motolite is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager in the Philippines to drive data-driven marketing strategies that boost profitable revenue growth. You will partner with the Group CMO to translate insights into customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives.
You will measure real-time customer feedback, perform predictive modeling, and support growth hacking efforts across paid, organic and social channels. This role requires strong analytics and communication skills.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Analytics Manager will work closely with the Group CMO and the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and tactics that accelerate profitable revenue growth. The role is responsible for generating data-driven insights that support programs designed to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
This position will measure and analyze near-real-time customer feedback from various sources, recommend actionable strategies that strengthen brand preference and increase sales, and perform predictive modeling to support growth hacking initiatives and optimize marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as a key contributor to improving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer experience initiatives as part of the Growth Hack Team.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other growth experiments.
Measures the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including new product launches and product improvements, and provides actionable recommendations.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from various marketing channels, including paid media, organic channels, social media, and other digital platforms.
Monitors competitors' activities and recommends appropriate strategic responses.
Tracks and reports on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market developments.
Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key insights and recommendations to management.
Assists in preparing revenue forecasts, pricing analyses, and marketing performance metrics.
Identifies emerging issues or potential brand risks and recommends proactive actions.
Builds and maintains a repository of marketing insights and best practices that can be leveraged across brands.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or market research.
Experience in growth hacking, customer acquisition, retention, or loyalty programs is preferred.
Experience analyzing digital marketing and social media performance is an advantage.
Background in technology, manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is a plus.
Understanding of customer journeys and marketing performance metrics.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analytics tools and large language models (LLMs).
Familiar with digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
