Job summary

ibex in Metro Manila, Mandaluyong is seeking a Marketing Analyst - Prospecting to support the development and analysis of print prospecting campaigns. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing to plan budgets, select mailing segments, and produce performance slides for MORs.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, multi-project management, and timely delivery of insights across merchandising, creative, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in general business, retail/apparel a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Analytical background a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver against deadlines.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to merchandising and creative on prospecting catalog covers and promotions.
• Analyze performance for prospect marketing tests.
• Support VP of Marketing in the development of the print prospecting promotion plan.
• Analyze performance and report vs. LY, plan, against waterlines/targets etc.
