Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Marketing Analyst - Prospecting to support budgets and prospecting campaigns.

You will work with the VP of Marketing to develop annual print prospecting budgets and select mailing segments. The role requires 2-4 years in general business or retail/apparel, strong Excel skills, and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in general business, retail/apparel a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Analytical background a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to deliver against deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Good to have experience in fashion/apparel retail, general business/marketing

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Marketing to develop annual print prospecting budgets
• Selecting mailing segments/lists for upcoming prospecting mailings
• Produce print acquisition performance slides for MORs
• Provide feedback to merchandising and creative on prospecting catalog covers and promotions
• Analyze performance for prospect marketing tests
• Support VP of Marketing in the development of the print prospecting promotion plan
• Analyze performance and report vs. LY, plan, against waterlines/targets etc.
