Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Marketing Analyst - Prospecting to support its print prospecting initiatives in Manila-area offices. You will work with the VP of Marketing to plan budgets, select mailing segments, and produce performance slides for MORs.

The role emphasizes analytical reporting, multi-project management, and close collaboration with merchandising and creative teams to optimize prospecting catalogs and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in general business; retail/apparel is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Excel skills; analytical background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver against deadlines.
• High attention to detail.

• Selecting mailing segments/lists for upcoming prospecting mailings


• Produce print aquisition performance slides for MORs
