Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Planning & Operations (TP&O) Manager to support the TP&O Lead across the AO with all talent planning activities. This role collaborates with HR, Finance and Business Operations leadership to align workforce plans and drive cohesive talent strategies across the Market.

You will analyze and forecast talent flows, including build, borrow, and buy, to support business growth and profitability while maintaining balance between supply and demand and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Forecasting, or Talent Delivery roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate workforce plans across MU teams to be cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide recommendations on headcount and supply/demand based on performance.
• Forecast key supply/demand metrics to support decision-making and optimize chargeability.
• Partner with Finance Market Leads on Operational Planning and ensure interlocks between Market and Global Services.
• Produce insights on future workforce size, mix and priority talent growth areas.
• Support adoption of Workforce Planning systems and reporting.
• Liaise with global planning teams on timelines and direction.
