Job summary

ODFJELL MANAGEMENT PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks a Competence Administrator to strengthen seafarer skills through onboarding and leadership training. You will manage course portfolios within the learning system and deliver engaging training across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.

You will collaborate with SMEs to update learning materials, monitor feedback, and promote continuous development within a collaborative environment that supports maritime careers and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, learning and development, human resources, psychology, maritime studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in training, competence development, education, or learning administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning and delivery of training activities and competence processes for seafarers.
• Organizes programs with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Keeps content aligned with regulatory requirements and operational needs.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Maintains competence frameworks and training records.
