Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of vessel systems and data transfers.
• Monitor and maintain database backup processes for data integrity and system availability.
• Provide first-line and second-line technical support for onboard and office users.
• Deliver remote support to vessels via TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, telephone or other approved tools.
• Install, configure, test, and upgrade fleet applications.
• Conduct system training sessions for seafarers and office staff.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and business initiatives as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
