Job summary

Ocean Transport Group of Companies, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first-line hardware, software, and network support. You will install and configure computers, manage user accounts, monitor network performance, and assist with CCTV setup as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in IT support, systems administration, or network maintenance preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Working knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Set up user accounts, workstations, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
Perform regular system updates, backups, antivirus checks, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and service requests.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
Provide basic training and technical guidance to users.
Assist with CCTV installation and monitoring.
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
