Job summary

Cyan Renewables in the Philippines is seeking a Crewing Admin Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Crewing team, handling personnel logistics and the employee lifecycle. • Experience maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training, rostering and travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee and crew records, including qualifications, training and competency information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements through timely maintenance of records.
• Coordinate crew onboarding, documentation, checks, reporting and expense claims.
• Support recruitment and rostering requirements to back fleet operations.
• Provide administrative support across employee lifecycle and training activities.
