Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Relevant professional work experience in ship management, particularly marine HR and crewing operations.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed to deadlines with excellent time management.
• Independent, organized, resourceful and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Crew Planning: long-term planning of officers, ratings and cadets.
• Crew Deployment & Logistics: coordinate with crew, vessels, agents and travel docs.
• Support flight bookings for sign-ons and sign-offs; brief top officers; update embarkation/disembarkation records.
• Verify crew documents, licenses and manage data in crew management system.
• Verify and approve crew change invoices and reimbursements.
• Pool Management: maintain records, analyze shortages and promote career progression.
• Recruitment: determine needs, instruct agents to source seafarers, oversee screening.
• Emergency Preparedness: participate in 24/7 response as per procedures.
• Administrative: ensure monthly reportorial requirements are met.
