Job summary

Wrist Service Center is seeking a Business Process Associate to support the Operations team by uploading, code cracking, cost pricing, quotations, and order confirmation, ensuring accurate transactions to keep the business running smoothly. You'll perform tasks across five main operations, work to SLAs, and strive to meet daily efficiency targets with precision.

This role welcomes fresh graduates and requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference for business or supply chain

Responsibilities

• Uploading, Code Cracking, Cost pricing, Quote submissions, Order Confirmation.
• Execute transactions accurately in line with SLA.
• Meet daily targets for efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Assist other teams when required.

Job Description

Wrist Service Center is looking for a Business Process Associatewho will support the Operations team in performing uploading, code cracking, cost pricing, quotations, and order confirmation and execute transactions accurately to keep the business running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform tasks related to one of the 5 main operations:

  • Uploading,

  • Code Cracking

  • Cost pricing

  • Quote submissions

  • Order Confirmation.

• Execute transactions accurately in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA).

• Achieve or exceeddaily targets for efficiency with timeliness and accuracy.

• Carry out tasks in line with agreed-upon standard operating procedures (SOP) and process variations.

• Respond to emails and calls in a timely manner and with a thorough comprehension of the requestor’s requirements.

• Provideassistance to other teams when required

What we're looking for:

• This position is open for Fresh Graduates

• A Bachelor's degree in any field

• Graduates of Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalentare preferred but not required
