Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and site operations management.
• Ability to implement systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Strong leadership, teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manpower planning and allocation optimization to improve workforce efficiency and reduce direct labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the technical and operational activities of manufacturing units to ensure efficient production and quality performance.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to implement process improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Facilitate training, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor operational metrics and lead continuous improvement across business units.
