Job summary

ZE Electronic Manufacturing Services Limited is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Lead to optimize daily production processes in a fast-paced plant. You will support operations, standardize procedures, and prepare operator instructions to improve efficiency and quality.

Key tasks include equipment maintenance, risk assessment, and implementing KAIZEN-style improvements while coordinating tooling and fixtures.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in electronics industry.
Technical college or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Automation or Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production processes to improve efficiency.
Support production operations and ensure smooth workflows.
Standardize procedures and work instructions for operators.
Prepare and update working instructions for operators.
Maintain and clean all machines and equipment in the production area.
Assess processes, identify risks, and implement quality improvement measures during new projects.
Manage new tooling and fixtures and their maintenance in production.
Collaborate daily to improve line layouts.
Contribute to ongoing quality and efficiency improvements across the plant.
