Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Process Engineer or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to boost productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Engineering and Maintenance to enhance plant performance.
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies and process improvements.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.
