Job summary

You will oversee startup, operation, troubleshooting, and shutdown of production equipment, monitor critical parameters, and implement DMAIC-based improvements across the process to meet performance targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Executes production plans considering the availability of inputs such as input materials, manpower requirements, equipment, associated utilities, and computer network and software
• Initiates the movement of needed inputs to the production process and operates conveying systems to move materials to the desired location
• Executes the startup, operation, troubleshooting, and shutdown of all production equipment and associated utilities to transform inputs into the final product
• Monitors critical parameters, analyzes results of monitoring, and initiates improvement actions
• Prepares, distributes and revises documented information at every stage in the production process when needed
• Controls the process improvements by employing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process
• Evaluates the performance of production and related utilities, including service providers, and analyzes results to formulate improvement actions
